• If you register with a credit card, full payment is due at the time of registration. Please  fill out the credit card authorization form and fax to the Taiwan 11^thICCC secretariat. ( +886-2-2363 2090)
• A confirmation letter will be sent to your registered email address.
• Each attendee must register separately.
• We only accept cash or credit cards for on-site payment and 10% added. We also regrettably cannot accept traveler’s checks.

Refund Policy

·         On or before July. 6^th, 2009: 80% refund.

·         From July. 7^th, 2009 to August. 6^th, 2009: 50% refund.

·         After August. 7^th, 2009: No refund

·         All refunds will be made after the Congress and will be deducted handling charge if registration fee was paid by credit card.
